Custom Home for a client wishing to enjoy all of the Martis Camp amenities. 

Martis Camp Custom Home for a Client that wishes to leverage Green Energy Techniques. This project received a gold leed certification.

This project will be using Building Integrated Photovoltaics that are a part of the metal panelized roof system. The solar system will be powering the Ground source heat for the residence.

The owner of this custom home in Martis Camp requested it be designed and built to be as energy efficient as possible. To achieve this goal, MD Construction utilized green building techniques and materials, such as superior insulation, energy-efficient exterior cladding, and an LED lighting system throughout.
